Workout of the Day!!

300!!

Squats
Pushups
Lunges
Opposite knee to elbow
Jumping Jacks
Walking Plank
Squat Thrusts
Dips
Situps
Burpees

Do 30 reps of each exercise! Challenge yourself! See how fast you can complete this workout! The time to beat is 9:13 set by Personal Trainer Tiffany Williams and John Thomas.  If you can't do 30 reps of each do as many as you can.
