Try to ignore that scale as much as possible and just get your body fat measured periodically. A sound exercise program should include aerobic, weight training, and eating a healthy diet. Opposite knee to elbow
Jumping Jacks
Walking Plank
Squat Thrusts
Dips
Situps
Burpees
Do 30 reps of each exercise! Challenge yourself! See how fast you can complete this workout! The time to beat is 9:13 set by Personal Trainer Tiffany Williams and John Thomas. If you can't do 30 reps of each do as many as you can.
